My review of Step Up Revolution!
The review actually goes more into themes than usual, so I don’t have any sort of addendum to add here. I love this series and I hope they make one every two years for another decade, but many of the things they try new here fail.
Also, Moose was way cooler than any of these fools.
And if you’ve never bothered watching these before, they’re worth checking out, Step Up 3D in particular. They’re amazingly fun dance movies, and carry on the legacy of old Hollywood dance musicals with all their pluses and minuses well into the modern era.
